Christmas Day

Here's a pic of Madilyn with her loot. She must have been a good girl this year. Also a pic of the three of us at my dad's house Christmas Day.

Cheap Gift

I wish a simple empty box would make me happy. After all presents were opened little Miss Evan only wanted to play with an empty box. She climbed up on it and in it.

Christmas Eve

Every year we have the family over for Christmas Eve. Willie always cooks something delicious. This year it was his famous gumbo. After we filled our bellies we opened presents. Here are some cute pics of the kids. Madilyn got a sewing machine from her granny. Brooke got an easel from us. Evan got a little pink pony from us. Evan caught on to opening presents very quickly.

The Night Before Christmas....

and all through the kitchen the flour was flying as the children prepared for St. Nick's arriving. Ok - so I can't rhyme very well. The kids including the baby had so much fun making and decorating cookies for Santa. Evan even joined in and got to use her two teeth.

Santa Picture

Last weekend we took a trip to Bass Pro to have Madilyn and Evan's (granddaughter) pictures taken with Santa. Willie went with us (that is why we went to Bass Pro) to have the pictures taken. This gave him an opportunity to look around in BP instead of the mall.

Christmas Pics

I have heard great things about Portrait Innovations in Town Center so we decided to try it out for our Christmas pics. Below are a few of the good ones (with all three girls looking, babies not crying, etc). I definitely realized how grown up Madilyn is. She was the only one that didn't cry. My niece, Brooke is the two year old. My granddaughter, Evan, is the baby in the pictures.
